Steel Canvas Studio provides independent game development services, including but not limited to game design, development, publishing, and distribution of digital entertainment products.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities under your account.

4. Game Purchases and Downloads

All game purchases are final. Digital products are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Steel Canvas Studio and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User Content

Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post to the service.

You may not use our service:
